Fellowship of the Phoenix empowers LGBTQIA+ individuals through Queer Pagan spirituality, fostering community, self-discovery, and connection to ancestral magic. They celebrate queer identities and promote inclusivity through events and rituals.

Pagan Action Network in Chicago presents: Queer Spirit Revel, sponsored by The Fellowship of the Phoenix Throughout history, queer and trans people have been revered as magicworkers, keepers of knowledge, and intermediaries between the physical and spiritual world. This power is in us all. This power is the Queer Spirit. The Revel is a party-plus-ritual to celebrate the Queer Spirit within ourselves and the queer leaders from history who are our spiritual ancestors. By reveling together, we can awaken our inner magic and draw upon the magic of our transcendent ancestors, including our spiritual guest of honor, Marsha P. Johnson. This Revel will also serve as a birthday celebration for Ms. Marsha! There will be art, music, dancing, and lots of magic. The date is August 29th, Saturday, 7:30-10 in Roger&#39;s Park. All profits will go to Brace Space Alliance.&nbsp; Dress code:&nbsp;Wear whatever makes you feel like your most authentic queer self. Sparkles, flowers, and whimsical costumes encouraged. This event is open to all people 18 and older. You don&rsquo;t have to be queer to attend, as long as you are open to embracing your inner queer spirit for the night.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;This is a sober event. There will be light snacks and drinks..Air purifiers will be running for the duration of the event to reduce COVID risk. Please test beforehand and do not attend if you are experiencing symptoms. If you can&rsquo;t attend due to illness, your ticket will be transferred to the next Queer Spirit Revel. Masks are encouraged but not required. Please do not bring any large bags or items as space is limited. Smaller bags may be briefly inspected before entrance is granted.
