All persons named on the deed to a Flamingo Park property are covered by a single full-membership payment.Membership renews on a calendar year and permits voting in the annual board election.A Business Directory listing in the bi-monthly Flamingo Flyer is included in the benefits of membership.

Associates can be tenants or residents not named on the deed of the property. Friends of Flamingo Park can also apply for an associate membership.All associate memberships must be approved by a vote of the FPNA board, per the bylaws. No associate members may vote in board elections.Associate members can add an optional $20 payment for Business Directory listing.
