The Afro - Vegan Supper Club

Where My Girls At?! is a three-part wellness series created around one simple question: How are your girls doing? We know today’s social and political climate has not been kind to our mental, physical, or emotional health. This series is an invitation to pause, check in with one another, reset our bodies and minds, and recharge our spirits. Across three immersive gatherings, Where My Girls At?! will explore: 🧠 Mental Wellness — honest conversations around mental health, stress, rest, and emotional well-being. 🌸 Sexual & Reproductive Health — accessible education and conversations about our bodies, sexual health, reproductive health, and the actions we can take to advocate for and protect ourselves. 🥗 Nutrition & Nourishment — connecting food, wellness, and community through vegan chefs, healthy food experiences, and conversations around nourishing our bodies. 🧘🏾‍♀️ Physical Wellness — movement, stretching, yoga, sound healing, and other activations designed to help us reconnect with our bodies. 🛍️ Curated Vendors & Makers — discover small businesses, sustainable goods, handmade items, vintage finds, and products intentionally selected for our community. ♻️ The Swap Shop — bring something you no longer need and exchange it for something new-to-you. A community-centered approach to sustainability, connection, and keeping good things in circulation. 🎶 Curated Sounds — a carefully selected musical experience designed to create space for movement, connection, reflection, and joy. Where My Girls At?! is ultimately about checking in on your girls—and creating a space where we can be honest about how we're doing. We are making room to reset, learn, nourish, move, connect, laugh, rest, and recharge. This series is designed to empower us mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually while providing practical information, resources, and community connections that can help us take greater ownership of our well-being.
