Our mission is providing foster children with new clothing they choose for themselves that fits. They also choose pajamas, underclothing, socks and shoes. They can shop our boutique four times a year. The smiles when kids choose their favorite outfits and try them on are contagious. We love our mission! All kids deserve clothing that fits and looks like what the other kids wear. A garbage bag of clothing that may or may not fit is NOT good enough. Did you know when kids are placed in foster care they only have the clothes they’re wearing? Did you know foster families may have to wait 2-3 months for funds to care for their foster children? Did you know a clothing allowance can be as little as $35 a month when they do receive it? Please help us give these children a sense of pride and dignity during this traumatic time in their lives.
