Your two-day vending registration includes participation on: Friday, November 6, 2026 Columbus Convention &amp; Trade Center 6:30 PM&ndash;11:30 PM Saturday, November 7, 2026 A.J. McClung Memorial Stadium 8:00 AM&ndash;8:00 PM This opportunity is for MERCHANDISE VENDORS ONLY. Food vendors are not permitted under this two-day registration option.&nbsp; The listed rate is an Advance Registration Price. Advance registration closes October 31, 2026, at 11:55 PM. No exceptions. Beginning November 1, all remaining vendor spaces will be subject to the applicable walk-up rate and availability.&nbsp;Alcohol sells will not be permitted. This opportunity is open to merchandise vendors only. Food vendors are not permitted.Event Hours: 6:30 PM&ndash;11:30 PM Vendor Load-In: 4:00 PM&ndash;6:00 PM Vendor Load-Out: All vendors must be completely loaded out by 12:00 midnight.Each vendor space includes one table and two chairs. Additional tables may be reserved in advance for $12 each. After the October 31 advance-registration deadline, additional tables and chairs are $25 each. All vendor tables must be fully covered.
