Join us in the garden for a hands-on volunteer day. Our garden continues to grow and thrive because of the many helping hands of our community. We may be weeding, planting, mulching, etc - no experience needed! We have extra gloves and tools, but feel free to bring anything you may think could be helpful. 🌼

Join us for our second art session of the summer series! We&#39;ll be painting with acrylic paint and paint markers. The garden will be bustling with new life as the first tulips, lily of the valley and wild geraniums pop up, the insects will be buzzing and the squirrels will be on the hunt. In honor of spring, your host, Adrian will provide pictures and books of various bugs, animals and flowers in bloom this month - feel free to use this as reference for your painting, or simply paint what you like! KIDS art session &ndash; paper cut outs ✂️🎨 Join us for a fun afternoon of cutting, layering, and gluing as we turn simple paper into bold shapes, characters, and tiny scenes. Your host, Adrian, will be providing examples and guidance through out the night. This session supports FOXGLOVE&rsquo;s mission to offer calm, welcoming spaces for Detroit neighbors to connect, unwind, and make something together. baby mornings in the garden&nbsp;is a time for little ones (ages 0-3ish) to explore and play outdoors. Open play is welcomed, we will also organize some activities each week to change with the seasons.&nbsp;

Back by popular demand, our u-pick flower days will resume mid-summer. We will provide clippers and buckets plus vases for a little extra $$ this year. Pricing will vary depending on the flower - TBD. No need to register in advance. Just show up!

New Moon Yoga & Journaling

We are bringing it back to where FOXGLOVE began - with a donation-based, PWYC open decks night. Hosted by our in-house DJ resident, Austin, this is a night for all skill levels - experienced vinyl heads and newbies! There will be a sign up sheet with ten 30 min slots available between 5-10pm on a first come, first serve basis, for folks to practice and share their records. No advance lottery or reservations. BYOB and friends are welcome to join.&nbsp; Any and all donations make it possible to continue our community programming. Thank you!

SUNDAY AUG 30TH 11AM-2PM&nbsp; come join facilitators Gabi and Adrian for a fun craft day at Foxglove :-) artists Gabi Gibson and Adrian Pyle are offering their collection of pre-made linocut stamps for you to explore and use on your own clothing. have a shirt with a stain on it? want to jazz up a pair of plain overalls? bring some pieces you want to get creative with and enjoy a day of crafting with community!&nbsp; Gabi and Adrian will provide linocut stamps, black screenprinting ink and rollers. A selection of tote bags and plain shirts will be available for purchase but bringing your own clothing is highly encouraged!&nbsp; Suggested donation $20-40.
