Become a Parent Partner for the 2026–2027 School Year!The Frederick/GMS PTO Parent Partner Program gives every family an opportunity to support Frederick School and Grayslake Middle School in a way that works for them.Families can become Parent Partners by choosing one of two options:Make a financial contribution at the start of the school yearCommit to volunteering 6 hours during the school year at PTO events, activities, or wherever help is neededParent Partner support helps the PTO provide:Engaging student events and activitiesClassroom resources and school extrasStaff support and appreciationOpportunities that strengthen our school communityAll Parent Partners receive:A custom 2026–2027 T-shirtA Frederick/GMS PTO car magnetAutomatic entry into Parent Partner raffles at select PTO eventsRecognition on the PTO website and in PTO communicationsThese benefits are available to all Parent Partners, whether their commitment is fulfilled through a financial contribution or volunteer service.Please complete the information below and select the commitment option that works best for your family. Parent Partner commitments are for the full 2026–2027 school year. Financial commitments must be paid in full by Tuesday, September 15, 2026. Payment may be submitted through Zeffy, cash, or check.

Community Sponsorship Opportunities 2026-2027 Building Stronger Community Together: Our PTO partners with local businesses to support student enrichment, family events, teacher appreciation, classroom resources, assemblies, and other community-building activities. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, financial and in-kind contributions may be tax-deductible. Documentation is available upon request. Thank you for supporting Frederick-GMS students, families, and staff.
