Friends of Newtown Public Library - Special Events

Friends of Newtown Public Library enriches the community by raising funds to support diverse programs, provide museum passes, and meet ongoing library needs. Their mission is to enhance access to educational and cultural resources for all residents.

Our mission is to raise money for the Newtown Public Library and to enrich the community. &nbsp;The funds are used to:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;" type="disc"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Support a wide variety of adult and children&#39;s activities, like the popular weekly yoga class and children&#39;s summer reading program. &nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Provide museum passes to many area attractions, including Tyler Arboretum, Chanticleer, and the PlWe thank you ease Touch Museum.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Fund ongoing needs like new technology, furniture, and book carts.</li></ul>Please help power our mission by donating. &nbsp;Every dollar counts.
