LXCL:The mission and purpose of the Friends of the Garden City Historical Museum is to ensure that future generations can learn about and understand the contributions of prior generations to the formation and growth of Garden City.

Your dedication helps us preserve and share our community&rsquo;s rich history.We are deeply honored to have been selected as a grant recipient of the America 250 MI initiative. This grant will allow is to professionally digitize 68 years of microfiche.&nbsp; We look forward to using this opportunity to further our mission and expand our impact.As part of this grant, we are required to contribute $9,000. We invite you to join us in this effort&mdash;every contribution, no matter the size, helps us reach our goal and continue preserving the history of our community Thank you for being part of Garden City&#39;s History!

The Straight Farmhouse is excited to announce plans to build a gazebo on the Oddfellows green space. We are raising funds to make this dream a reality!Our vision is to create a beautiful gathering place where the community can come together to make memories. The gazebo will be a charming backdrop for photos&mdash;perfect for proms, homecomings, senior portraits, graduations, weddings, and other special occasions.It will also provide a welcoming space for community events, celebrations, and casual get-togethers, offering a spot where neighbors can connect and enjoy our shared green space.All donations of $500 or more will be recognized on a plaque by the Gazebo.&nbsp;All donors will be recognized at the dedation ceremony of the Gazebo

Your registration supports GC Garden Club Scholarship Program &amp; Friends Of The Garden City Historical Museum as we preserve the farmhouse, its gardens. Share your work, meet neighbors, and help keep Garden City&rsquo;s story growing. 🪴

Your registration helps preserve Garden City&rsquo;s history while you enjoy food trucks, music, and time with friends. Every ticket supports the Straight Farmhouse and keeps this shared space open for learning, stories, and connection. 🎟️🚚
