GHS Orchestra Boosters

GHS Orchestra Boosters supports the Glendora High School Orchestra by enhancing student experiences through fundraising, community engagement, and providing resources for performances, ensuring a vibrant music education for all participants.

Celebrate our student musicians at the 2026 Orchestra &amp; Mariachi Banquet Join families, friends, and staff as we look back on a year of music, growth, and hard work in the Glendora High School Orchestra and Mariachi program. Your registration helps the GHS Orchestra Boosters support music education through lessons, performances, and resources for our students. 2026 Orchestra & Mariachi Banquet

Orchestra &amp; Mariachi Curtain Call is our final concert of the season and our Curtain Call to honor our seniors last performance. &nbsp;Come celebrate all of our musicians. &nbsp;Note the price you enter is your total donation and is divided among all the tickets you order. The GHS Orchestra Boosters use proceeds to provide instruments, music, coaching, and performance opportunities that keep our program strong. Want more???&nbsp; Mark Wood has graciously donated an invitation to join him at THE MARK WOOD ROCK ORCHESTRA CAMP AND MUSIC FESTIVAL in Kansas. (Valued at $1650).&nbsp;1 week of concerts, workshops, jam sessions, improvisation,&nbsp; and experiences available nowhere else.&nbsp;

Music Camp with Mark Wood

The middle school and high school orchestras of Glendora are excited to be performing this Orchestra Rock Concert with recording artist, performer, producer, inventor, Emmy-winning composer and music education advocate Mark Wood, who has spent the past four decades electrifying the orchestra industry &ndash; literally. The Juilliard-trained violinist (attended on full scholarship) rose to fame as string master and original member of the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. He turned the string establishment on its head in the early 1970&rsquo;s with his invention of the first solid body electric violin. His company Wood Violins is the premier manufacturer of electric violins, violas and cellos worldwide! The students are very excited to be performing alongside Mark Wood. We hope to see you for an exciting evening with popular rock songs performed by our 6th - 12th grade orchestra students.&nbsp; You do not want to miss this exciting event!
