This is more than a festival&mdash;it is a Cultural, Health, Environmental, and Peace summit on the days of most light. HONORING A LEGEND We are proud to honor the legendary AL WILLIAMS&mdash;the &quot;Father of Jazz&quot; in Southern California. As the founder of the Long Beach Jazz Festival and Birdland West, Al&rsquo;s vision built the cultural stage of the city.
