Greek Orthodox Community St Gerasimos Inc

The Greek Orthodox Community St Gerasimos Inc fosters spiritual growth and community support through worship, education, and charitable initiatives. We aim to strengthen cultural ties and provide resources for those in need within our community.

Join us for the Centennial Gala: It is with profound joy, deep gratitude, and a heart filled with spiritual exultation to invite you to celebrate a monumental milestone in the life of our community: the 100th Centennial Anniversary of Saint Gerasimos Greek Orthodox Church. For one century, our beloved parish has stood as a beacon of the Holy Orthodox faith, a sanctuary of divine worship, and a vibrant home for generations of families in New York City. To honor this historic occasion, our parish has planned a weekend of fellowship, reflection, and prayer. We will gather to look back with gratitude on the sacrifices of our founders, celebrate our present achievements, and look forward with faith toward a bright future. We are deeply honored that His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America, along with our visiting regional hierarchs, will be present with us to elevate this milestone celebration. Your presence and support at these events is vital. Our history is not merely a collection of dates, but a living tapestry woven from the lives, prayers, and dedication of faithful stewards like you. Let us gather as one family in Christ to give glory to God for the past 100 years and to invoke His blessings upon our community for the century to come.
