Greenway Road, Phoenix, AZ 85053GCA will assign vendor booth locations based on event layout, safety requirements, operational needs, and vendor category.Vendor locations are assigned solely by GCA. Vendors may not relocate, exchange, transfer, or share their assigned booth space without prior approval from GCA.GCA does not guarantee any specific booth location, level of foot traffic, visibility, attendance, or sales.Vendors agree to:Arrive during the designated setup period.Keep their booth adequately staffed during required event hours.Not dismantle or leave the booth before the approved closing time without permission from GCA.Remove all merchandise, equipment, decorations, boxes, and trash following the event.Leave the assigned area in clean condition.GCA WILL NOT PROVIDE TABLES OR CHAIRS TO VENDORS.Each vendor is responsible for bringing, setting up, and removing all equipment and materials required for their booth, including:TablesChairsTable coveringsDisplays and signageDecorationsExtension cords and power strips, if approvedLighting and other booth equipmentAny other materials necessary to operate the boothAll vendor equipment must remain within the assigned booth space and may not obstruct aisles, walkways, emergency exits, neighboring booths, or event activities.
