Halau O 'Aulani fosters cultural connection through hula and Hawaiian traditions, offering workshops and community events to celebrate and preserve the art of hula while promoting understanding and appreciation of Hawaiian heritage.

Please join Kumu Keith at the Walter Reed Community Center to learn the hula, Noho Paipai, which you are cordially invited to dance during the community hula held at Hālau O &#39;Aulani&#39;s Ho&#39;olaule&#39;a on June 20, 2026, at the Thomas Jefferson School Theatre in Arlington, VA. Note this hula has kaona, a suggestive story. At checkout, there is an optional platform tip that you may adjust to &quot;Other&quot; and then enter $0 if you choose not to include one. This tip does not go to Hālau O ʻAulani. There are no additional fees with your payment. Hālau O &#39;Aulani is a non-profit, tax-exempt school under Section 501(c)(3) of the Federal Tax Code. This program is supported in part by Arlington County through the Arlington County Department of Parks and Recreation.

Enroll for Winter 2026 with Hālau O &#39;AulaniJoin us in preserving Hawaiian culture while fostering a sense of community.&nbsp;Hālau O &#39;Aulani&nbsp;offers engaging educational programs and workshops that celebrate Hawaiian traditions, customs, language, and arts. Your tuition payment will secure your place in our winter term, which begins January 4, 2026. Tuition payments are due before or on January 4, 2026.&nbsp;Late Fees &ndash; A $25.00 bookkeeping fee will be charged for payments received after the first class of each term. An additional fee of $1.00 per day will be imposed for late payments received seven (7) calendar days following the first class. The late fee will also be assessed for each separate payment under financial assistance plans granted by the Board.

Whether you are brand new or looking to refine your skills, come ready to move your hips, feel the rhythm of the drums, and embrace the energy and beauty of Tahitian dance.
