Terms and Conditions<ol fr-original-style="text-align: start;" id="isPasted" style="text-align: start; width: 100%; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Sponsor The Hampton Beach Seafood Festival (&quot;Sponsor&quot;) is conducting this raffle in accordance with all applicable New Hampshire laws and regulations.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Ticket Sales<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">A maximum of 300 raffle tickets will be sold.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Tickets are $100.00 each.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Each ticket purchased represents one (1) chance to win.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Tickets are non-refundable except where required by law.</li></ul></li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Prize Subject to the minimum ticket sales requirement below, the Grand Prize is one (1) new Harley-Davidson motorcycle.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Minimum Ticket Sales Requirement<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">A minimum of 240 tickets must be sold for the Grand Prize to be awarded as the Harley-Davidson motorcycle.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">If fewer than 240 tickets are sold by the close of the raffle, the motorcycle prize will not be awarded. If fewer than 50 tickets are sold the raffle is cancelled and money will be returned.&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">In the event 240 tickets are not sold, the Grand Prize shall automatically become Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) in cash, and the winning ticket holder shall receive the cash prize instead.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The Sponsor reserves the right to verify the total number of tickets sold prior to the drawing.</li></ul></li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Drawing<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The winning ticket will be selected Sunday September 13th during the Hampton Beach Seafood Festival at 3pm &nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The winner need not be present to win unless otherwise required by applicable law.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The decision of the Sponsor is final.</li></ul></li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Motorcycle Pickup<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">If the Harley-Davidson motorcycle is awarded, the winner must take delivery at Seacoast Harley-Davidson, North Hampton, New Hampshire. Upgrades can be negotiated.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The motorcycle will not be shipped or delivered.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The winner is solely responsible for arranging pickup within thirty (30) days of notification, unless otherwise agreed to by the Sponsor.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Failure to take delivery within the required timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize where permitted by law.</li></ul></li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Licensing, Registration &amp; Taxes<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The winner is responsible for obtaining any required motorcycle endorsement, registration, title transfer fees, insurance, taxes, and any other costs associated with ownership that are not specifically included by the Sponsor.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The Sponsor is not responsible for any expenses incurred after transfer of the prize.</li></ul></li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Eligibility<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Participants must be at least 18 years of age and otherwise eligible to participate under New Hampshire law.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor may participate only if permitted by applicable law.</li></ul></li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Prize Substitution Except for the minimum ticket sales provision described above, no substitution or transfer of the prize by the winner is permitted. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value only if the advertised motorcycle becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond its control.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">General Conditions By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to be bound by these Official Terms &amp; Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if fraud, technical issues, legal requirements, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity of the raffle.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Odds of Winning Odds of winning depend upon the number of tickets sold, not to exceed 300.</li></ol>
