For five years, Hands &amp; Feet Inc. has been committed to sustainable, accountable support for foster families in Umatilla County. When you purchase a 5-Year Anniversary Raffle Ticket, you&rsquo;re not just entering to win a luxury Brasada Ranch getaway &mdash; you&rsquo;re strengthening local families who are opening their homes to children in foster care.
