Instruction will be led by OG Krav Maga instructor Rick Seid, whose decades of real-world experience bring authentic, proven Israeli self-defense techniques to the community. Krav Maga is a practical, aggressive Israeli self-defense system developed for the&nbsp;Israeli Defense Forces (IDF).&nbsp;It focuses on instinctive movements, real-world threats, and rapid neutralization of attacks by targeting vulnerable areas. Drawing from boxing, judo, and Muay Thai, Krav Maga emphasizes&nbsp;situational awareness, de-escalation when possible, and decisive action when necessary&mdash;making it effective and accessible for&nbsp;all ages and fitness levels.
