Our Mission The &#39;Hey Buddy!&#39; Foundation exists to honor the memory of Tony Nilles by first investing in his family&rsquo;s future, and then empowering his children to pay that generosity forward. By supporting Tony&rsquo;s kids through their education and placing the future of the foundation in their hands, we ensure his legacy of kindness, leadership, and community lives on in the next generation of &#39;great humans.&#39;&quot; The Two-Phase Blueprint Phase 1: Family First (The Immediate Mission) Before we can help the world, we care for home. The primary focus of the foundation is to fully fund and support the educational journeys of Tony&rsquo;s two children. Every dollar raised ensures they have the resources, tools, and freedom to pursue their dreams without financial burden. Phase 2:&nbsp;The &quot;Hey Buddy!&quot; Pay-It-Forward Legacy Once Tony&rsquo;s children complete their education, the foundation evolves. His kids will take the helm as stewards of the foundation, presenting annual scholarships at their respective schools. Instead of just looking at test scores or sports stats, these scholarships will be awarded to students who embody the qualities Tony lived by every day.
