Hope Connections empowers individuals and families in Greater Toledo by connecting them to transformative resources that foster hope, resilience, and lasting change, aiming to create a thriving community where everyone can maximize their potential.

Support Hope Connections this Giving Tuesday and empower the Englewood community. Your donation helps us launch Brilliant Toledo 2026! We aspire to purchase a property in Historic Englewood, rehabilitate it, and provide a host of Kid Success services. Together, we can foster hope and resilience. Our programs focus on community support groups, wellness workshops, and outreach initiatives. Beginning in January, we will host Family Engagement programs with topics focused on Financial Literacy, Healthy Relationships, and Mindfulness Practices. In March, we launch our Community Garden, and in June, we launch our Summer Literacy Camp for children ages 5 - 12 to combat the summer slump in reading and test scores. Through your contribution, we can expand these essential services, ensuring more individuals connect and find the help they need.
