I Hart Flying Foundation

I Hart Flying Foundation empowers women in aviation by removing financial barriers and expanding access to flight training through scholarships, mentorship, and partnerships, helping them achieve meaningful careers in the aviation industry.

💕 Help Us Clear the Runway to Empower more Women in Aviation🛫 At I Hart Flying Foundation, we help talented women overcome the financial barriers that can interrupt an aviation career before it ever has the chance to take off.Our mission is simple: identify talent, remove funding gaps, help women advance and complete, and build the aviation workforce of tomorrow.Through scholarships, mentorship and strategic partnerships, we help women move from access to advancement to completion and into meaningful aviation careers. ✈️ Expanding Opportunity in 2027 As we approach our 10th anniversary, we’re expanding beyond professional pilot training into aircraft maintenance, aircraft dispatch and additional aviation workforce pathways. 💕 What Your Gift Can Make Possible Your support can help: • Fund tuition, training, ratings and certificates. • Provide tools and required equipment. • Cover testing and certification costs. • Close a final funding gap so a woman can complete her training and take the next step toward her career. Whether you help open the door or fund the next meaningful milestone, your gift helps keep a woman moving toward the future she’s working so hard to achieve. This is bigger than a scholarship. It is a woman completing what she started. A credential earned. A career launched. Talent entering an industry that needs it.Donate. Share. Advocate. Partner with Purpose. Lead with HART.
