The International Iridology Practitioners Association promotes the study and practice of iridology, empowering practitioners with knowledge to identify health issues through iris analysis, enhancing holistic health and patient care.

Allison Laney is an Integrative Nurse Practitioner with more than 16 years&rsquo; experience across a range of healthcare settings, including Emergency Medicine, Family Practice and Integrative Medicine.&nbsp; Her approach combines conventional healthcare with nutrition, lifestyle and natural approaches, with a strong focus on supporting children and families. Allison also runs a busy integrative practice alongside her family farm, where they are self-sustaining with their own produce. In this webinar, Allison explores the changing landscape of children&rsquo;s health and the growing challenges many families face with digestion, immunity, behaviour, sleep, allergies and overall wellbeing. Drawing on her experience as a nurse practitioner, mother and advocate for children, Allison will encourage practitioners to look beyond individual symptoms, recognise patterns and ask a deeper question: why is this child struggling, and what might their symptoms be telling us? Rather than focusing solely on managing what we see, this discussion encourages practitioners to become better observers and consider the whole child when supporting their health.

In this presentation it will cover the function of the Liver/gallbladder and show signs in the iris and sclera aiding the Iridologist to locate and address these issues with their client/patients. We will also uncover the types of fatty liver disease and protocols to help, along with understanding the findings in the blood work. This webinar is geared for the new Iridologist or&nbsp;one in longtime practice. The case studies will reflect sclera markings found&nbsp;in many places of the sclera coinciding with markings seen in the iris.

The Iris, the Brain, and the Stress Response:&nbsp;What Iridologists Need to Understand About the Limbic System You can see constitution in the iris. But what determines how that constitution responds when life happens?Why does one person recover quickly from a stressful experience while another remains caught in the response?&nbsp;Why can something seemingly insignificant trigger a powerful physiological reaction? What happens in the brain before the body ever mounts a stress response?The answers take us into the limbic system. This webinar explores lipemic diathesis, pancreatic and cardiac signs in the context of menopausal health and cardiometabolic wellbeing. It examines how hormonal changes during menopause may influence cardiovascular risk, metabolic balance, inflammation and insulin sensitivity.Taking an integrative and preventive approach, the presentation considers the role of nutrition, lifestyle medicine, evidence-informed supplementation and stress management in supporting healthy ageing and long-term wellness.The session will also explore the observational role of iridology, using iris diagrams to illustrate lipemic diathesis, pancreatic signs and cardiac reflex areas as educational tools for practitioners. Dr. Winsome Beverley Christie is a pharmacist, traditional naturopath, holistic nutritionist, integrative health practitioner, educator and researcher with more than 30 years of experience. Her qualifications include a Doctor of Naturopathy degree, a Master of Clinical Pharmacy, a PhD and an MSc in Holistic Nutrition. She is a Fellow of the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine, a Board-Certified Holistic Nutritionist and an IIPA Certified Iridologist and Colon Hydrotherapy Instructor.Dr. Christie owns Sunshine Pharmacy Ltd in Jamaica, which has evolved into an integrative health and medicine pharmacy. A former President of the Pharmaceutical Society of Jamaica, she serves on the IIPA Board and several other professional and community boards, contributing to healthcare education, leadership and integrative practice.
