Portz’s Pub is a special gathering spot inside the Maryland Irish Festival, created to honor first responders who have given their lives in the line of duty. Named for Officer Tommy Portz, a BPD Officer who made the ultimate sacrifice, the Pub celebrates the lives of our fallen heroes and raises funds for charities chosen by their families. This year, we remember Captain Dillon Rinaldo and Firefighter/EMT Rodney W. Pitts, III, of the Baltimore City Fire Department.
