FAMILY SELF-DEFENSE WORKSHOP Self-Defense &bull; Kindness &bull; Anti-BullyingGet ready for the new school year with an empowering experience designed for parents and children to learn, grow, and build confidence together! It Ends With Us Movement and Catch Life Dojo invite families to participate in an interactive workshop focused on practical, age-appropriate self-defense, personal safety, kindness, confidence, and anti-bullying education. Children will learn how to recognize unsafe or uncomfortable situations, trust their instincts, use their voices, set healthy boundaries, and respond to bullying in positive and confident ways. Parents and guardians will participate alongside their children, gaining valuable skills and tools that can help the entire family feel more aware, prepared, and empowered.
