Kauri’s Lucky Star Foundation was founded in honor of Kauri Allala, an autistic young man whose life was rooted in joy, creativity, and love. After his tragic loss while seeking mental health treatment, our family made a commitment: to create the kind of support, safety, and community that so many autistic individuals and families deserve.Through Healing Through Colors and our broader programming, we provide inclusive spaces centered on sensory access, creative expression, and mental wellness. Our work serves autistic people, families navigating grief and every day challenges, and those living at the intersection of grief and resilience.What makes our cause special is that it is built from lived experience.
