Kayvens Helping Hands empowers children through literacy initiatives, supports epilepsy awareness, and creates adventure opportunities. We honor Kayven's legacy by fostering community engagement and providing resources for those in need.

Each kit may include a plush Kayven&rsquo;s Helping Hands duck, epilepsy education books, activity items for long EEG testing or hospital stays, Kayven&rsquo;s Helping Hands coloring books, and a Purple Belt Club membership kit with an Epilepsy Warrior purple headband, certificate, and club membership celebrating their strength and bravery. Your donation helps us purchase supplies so we can continue providing these kits to children who need support and encouragement. Together we can remind kids battling epilepsy that they are not alone. 💜

Tournament Registration Information Please read the following before registering:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Tournament Date: Sunday, September 20</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Doors Open: 1:00 PM</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Tournament Begins:&nbsp;2:00 PM sharp</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Preregistration: By completing this preregistration &amp; paying $25 fee, we are holding 1 spot for 1 player. &nbsp;In person registration will still need completed event day or prior at Arena Hobbies.&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Please arrive early to allow time for check-in and player registration. &nbsp;Also, player registration can be done prior to event day at Arena Hobbies during normal business hours.&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Proceeds from event, shirts sales and drink sales benefit Kayven&#39;s Helping Hands Programs.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>Registration Fee:&nbsp;$25 per player (non-refundable). Registration fees are non-refundable, including if you are unable to attend. &nbsp;Late Arrival Policy: Players must be checked in before the tournament begins. Any player who has not arrived by 2:00 PM will forfeit their spot, and that spot may be given to a player on the waitlist. Waitlist will be announced once open via social media.&nbsp; Tournament Capacity: Limited to 42 players. Eligibility: This is an Official Pok&eacute;mon Play! Tournament and is open to Junior and Senior League players only. Players must have a valid Pok&eacute;mon Trainer Club account and Player ID to participate. Prizes: The Top 8 players will receive prizes based on final tournament standings.
