Keep Missoula Housed provides emergency housing assistance to families in crisis, aiming to prevent homelessness by offering support for rent, utilities, and other housing needs. We strive to keep people in their homes during challenging times.

On any given night in Missoula more than 550 families &amp; individuals sleep on the streets, in their cars, or in a shelter. Keep Missoula Housed exists to prevent this. We aim to keep people in their homes, preventing houselessness before it occurs. From families, to Veterans, the elderly and everyone in between - anyone can find themselves in an unforeseen situation that threatens their ability to pay their housing payment.&nbsp;We provide one time funding for a variety of housing related needs, including: Rent payments / Mortgage payments, Security deposits, Utility bills, Emergency hotel stays, etc. The current housing crisis has amplified the need in our community for housing support and our organization. Unfortunately, the elevated demand on our resources has us forced to implement a waitlist much of the year due a lack of funding.
