Everyone Outdoors Colorado is hosting its fourth annual convening, Nourishment: Growing with Intention and Care, November 12-13, 2026 at Front Range Community College in Westminster, Colorado. This convening is EOC&#39;s largest gathering of the year dedicated to our members and broader community, and we hope you&#39;ll join us. We invite you to join us on Thursday, November 12th to an all-member gathering including an optional field trip, work group strategizing, and an all-member strategy session. Additionally, we&#39;ll top the day off with dinner and an optional after party! On Friday, November 13th, we will be joined by partners, allies, and funders for the full convening consisting of plenary sessions and discussion-based sessions related to this year&#39;s theme, Nourishment: Growing with Intention and Care, and the work of the coalition. There is no cost for members to attend the convening. Meals will be covered by EOC and up to two nights of lodging will be covered for members of the coalition traveling four hours or more. Members will get&nbsp;priority registration from August 19th to September 10th. After this time period, we will open registration to allies and partners and can no longer guarantee you a spot. We will be in touch with additional details as the convening comes together over the next couple of months. Note that the last day to register is Thursday, October 15th.

Everyone Outdoors Colorado is hosting its fourth annual convening, Nourishment: Growing with Intention and Care, November 12-13, 2026 at Front Range Community College in Westminster, Colorado. This community is so important to us and we are excited to gather members and partners in person again this year. We invite you to register to join us the evening of Thursday, November 12th and Friday, November 13th, where we will be joined by coalition members, partners, allies, and funders for the full convening consisting of plenary sessions and discussion-based sessions related to this year&#39;s theme, Nourishment: Growing with Intention and Care, and the work of the coalition. On Thursday evening, we&#39;ll come together for dinner and entertainment, with an optional after-party at a local location. Registration Costs: The amount below will cover your participation in the convening and all meals. We are offering a sliding scale registration fee to make the event accessible to partners and allies. If your organization is able to pay the full $250, we encourage you to choose that tier, and those funds will help Everyone Outdoors Colorado continue to provide programming, like the convening, and grow our reach and networks.<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Tier 1: $250 (Organizations with a budget over $2 million)</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Tier 2: $150 (Organizations with a budget under $2 million)</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Tier 3: $50 (Unemployed/Student)</li></ul>Please note that attendees are responsible for their own lodging and registration will close on October 15th. There are limited spots for this event.
