Kids Joining Eternity

Kids Joining Eternity supports families grieving the loss of a child by providing care packages, retreats, and remembrance events, fostering a community where they feel seen, remembered, and less alone during their difficult journey.

🏈 KJE Dads&rsquo; Night Out: Thursday Night Football KJE dads, we invite you to join us for a relaxed night out at Eddie&rsquo;s in Chisholm Creek at 6:30 PM to watch Tampa Bay take on Dallas for Thursday Night Football. Kids Joining Eternity understands that dads experience grief and loss, too, and sometimes connection can happen simply by spending time with other dads who understand. This evening is an opportunity to step away from the everyday routine, enjoy some good food and football, and connect with other fathers who have experienced the loss of a child. There&rsquo;s no formal program and no pressure to talk about your loss. Come as you are, grab some dinner or a drink, watch the game, and spend the evening in the company of other KJE dads.🏈 Tampa Bay vs. Dallas 📍 Eddie&rsquo;s at Chisholm Creek ⏰ Meet at 6:30 PM 📺 Kickoff at 7:15 PM We&rsquo;ll meet at 6:30 PM so everyone has time to get settled, order food, and connect before the game kicks off at 7:15 PM. Please RSVP if you plan to attend so we know how large of a table to reserve for everyone. Whether you stay for the whole game or just stop by for a little while, we&rsquo;d love to have you join us. Sometimes support looks like sharing your story and sometimes it simply looks like sitting together, watching football, and knowing you&rsquo;re not alone.

🏈 KJE Dads’ Night Out: Thursday Night Football

Kids Joining Eternity invites families and our community to join us for our 11th Annual Pregnancy &amp; Infant Loss Awareness Remembrance Ceremony* on Sunday, October 4, 2026, from 4:00&ndash;5:30 PM at Park House, located at the northeast corner of the Myriad Botanical Gardens. This special evening is dedicated to remembering and honoring babies who are deeply loved and forever missed. Whether your loss was recent or many years ago, you and your family are invited to come together in a supportive space surrounded by others who understand the importance of remembering. During the ceremony, families will have the opportunity to participate in memorial rock painting, generously provided by the Oklahoma City-County Health Department. We will also hear from our new Executive Director, Becky Harman, who will share a message of remembrance, grief, hope, and connection. One of the most meaningful parts of our ceremony will be the opportunity to say the names of our babies out loud, honoring each child and the place they forever hold within their families.&nbsp; At the conclusion of the ceremony, families will receive candles to take home and light privately at 7:00 PM on October 15&nbsp;in recognition of the National Wave of Light, joining families around the world in remembering babies lost during pregnancy and infancy. The entire family is welcome, including grandparents, siblings, extended family members, and other loved ones who wish to remember alongside you.&nbsp; Appetizers will be served, and the event is completely free of charge and open to everyone. Families will also be reminded of the location of the Kids Joining Eternity memorial bench at the Myriad Botanical Gardens. KJE donated this bench to provide families with a peaceful, year-round place to visit, reflect, and remember (especially those who may not have a graveside or other physical place dedicated to their baby.) The bench is located on the west side of Park House, near the pond on the south side before reaching the Crystal Bridge. We remain incredibly grateful to the Myriad Botanical Gardens for helping KJE create this lasting place of remembrance within our community. **Parking:** Parking is not provided for the event. Street and public parking can be found around the Myriad Botanical Gardens, with additional parking available in nearby downtown parking garages. Please join us as we gather to remember their lives, speak their names, honor their place in our families, and remind one another that they will always be loved and never forgotten.

Sometimes moving forward doesn&rsquo;t mean leaving our grief behind, it simply means taking the next step while carrying the love and memories of our babies with us. Moms Moving Forward is a casual walking group created for moms who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss. Join other KJE moms for fresh air, gentle movement, conversation, and connection in a supportive environment with women who understand that grief and healing don&rsquo;t follow a timeline. There is no formal support group discussion and no pressure to share your story. Walk quietly, talk about your baby, chat about everyday life, laugh, cry, or simply enjoy being outside alongside other moms who understand. Whether your loss was recent or many years ago, you are welcome here. Come exactly as you are and walk at a pace that feels comfortable for you. 💜 All fitness levels are welcome.👟 Wear comfortable shoes and bring water.🌿 Come for movement, connection, and community. Moms Moving Forward - Walking Group

This year&#39;s Kids Joining Eternity&#39;s family retreat will be held on Thursday, October 22, 2026, 3:00pm-8:30pm...mark your calendars now!&nbsp; We will be returning to the OKC Zoo&nbsp;for another year of family fun.&nbsp; From 3:00-5:00pm, you will be able to walk around and enjoy the zoo on your own and/or with other KJE families.&nbsp; Then, from 5:00-8:30pm, we will be meeting in the Canopy Room.&nbsp; Families will have the opportunity to eat and mingle inside.&nbsp; After that, we will break out the kids into their own fun, fall activities while the adults gather to speak and learn from one another.

Family Retreat

Grab a cup of coffee and join us for Coffee &amp; Conversations at Community Motherhood, a casual gathering created for KJE moms to connect with other women who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss. Sometimes the most meaningful support happens simply by sitting in the company with someone who understands. Coffee &amp; Conversations offers a comfortable, welcoming space to meet other loss moms, build friendships, and spend time in community. There is no formal support group discussion and no pressure to share your story. Conversations may be about our babies and grief, but they may also be about motherhood, work, family, what we&rsquo;re watching on TV, or simply everyday life. Pregnancy and infant loss can impact every part of a relationship, and sometimes couples simply need an opportunity to get out of the house, spend intentional time together, and connect with other couples who have walked a similar path. For this Couples&rsquo; Night Out, we&rsquo;ll be enjoying a Ceramic Paint Night! Choose a ceramic piece, get creative, and enjoy an evening together while meeting other couples in the KJE community. There is no formal support group discussion and no expectation to talk about your loss. Join Kids Joining Eternity for a fun Family Night Out cheering on the OKC Thunder! 📅 Friday, April 9⏰ 7:00 PM🏀 OKC Thunder vs. Golden State Warriors Bring the family and enjoy an evening together at the Paycom Center as the Thunder&nbsp;take on the Warriors! This is a chance for KJE families to step away from the everyday, have some fun, and spend time connecting with other families in our community. We will be in Summit Box 1&nbsp;Space is limited, and RSVP is required.&nbsp; Please register as soon as possible to reserve your family&#39;s spots.
