Join us for an afternoon of incredible BBQ, community spirit, and football as we gear up for the upcoming season. Open to all families across Wrentham, Plainville, and Norfolk, this ultimate Labor Day weekend celebration features a cornhole tournament, a live DJ, a caricature artist, a dunk tank, raffle prizes, and our popular New England Football Squares pool. Grab your lawn chairs, bring the whole family, and enjoy a fantastic day packed with great food, games, and community spirit while supporting our King Philip football players!&nbsp; Be sure to secure your BBQ Plate Pass online by September 1st. Q: What is the rain date?A: In the event of severe weather, the official rain date is Monday, September 7, 2026 (Labor Day). Any schedule changes will be communicated via email and posted on our social media pages. Q: Where do the proceeds go?A: 100% of net proceeds go directly to the King Philip Gridiron Club, Q: &nbsp;What is the King Philip Gridiron Club? &nbsp;A: &nbsp;The King Philip Grid Iron Club (KP Gridiron) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization thats mission is to support the King Philip High School football program. &nbsp;KP Gridiron exists independently of the King Philip Regional Highschool or any of its Booster Programs. &nbsp;All of the money raised is used to support the Football Program. &nbsp;KP Gridiron financially supports the football team in a wide variety of ways including, supplemental funding for football camp, uniform and issue purchases and player recognition and trophies.&nbsp; Q: Can I register a team for the Cornhole Tournament on the day of the event?A: Yes, walk-up registrations will be accepted until 2:45 PM on event day if spots remain. However, space is capped at 32 teams, so we strongly recommend pre-registering online. Q: Is the event family-friendly?A: Absolutely! We&rsquo;ll have lawn games, corn hole, a character artist and of activities for kids of all ages. Q: Are outside food or drinks allowed?A: Outside food and alcohol are strictly prohibited. A cash bar will be available on-site for adult beverages and soft drinks. Q: Can I attend the event and not eat?A:&nbsp;Yes, while we would like everyone to make a donation to attend the event, we would encourage folks who do not plan to eat to attend anyway. &nbsp;There will be plenty to do, come and join the fun.
