We are All Hands on Tech, a high school student-led FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) robotics team from Lake Oswego, Oregon. In 2025, we won the 2nd place Inspire Award at Qualifiers, leading to our advancement to the State Championship. At State, we were the winner of our division and received the 2nd place Inspire Award again, allowing us to advance to the World Championship in Texas. This season, we focused our efforts on expanding STEM education opportunities to Central Oregon to target disparities due to regional isolation. We formed four new teams and provided them with training on the basics of brainstorming, documentation, programming using GitHub, acquiring sponsorships, and more.
