Sponsor and Purpose This charitable raffle is sponsored by the Leaven of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (LIHM). Net proceeds will support the LIHM World Youth Day pilgrimage and a portion may be used to pay for or reimburse raffle prizes. No credit cards allowed for ticket purchasing, only debit (Nebraska State Law). Credit cards allowed for donation2. Eligibility Participants must be at least 18 years old and legal residents of Nebraska. The raffle is void outside Nebraska and wherever prohibited by law. Proof of age and Nebraska residency may be required before a prize is awarded.3. Ticket Prices1 ticket — $310 tickets — $2540 tickets — $100 (Best Value)4. Payment Nebraska law prohibits purchasing raffle tickets with a credit card. Online purchases must be made using a debit card. Please do not use a credit card, including through a digital wallet.5. Drawing The drawing will take place once 1000 tickets are sold. Drawing will be livestreamed via Zoom at LIHM convent. The purchaser does not need to be present to win. Each ticket represents one separate chance in the drawing.Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible tickets sold. Once a ticket is selected as a winner, it will not be returned to the drawing. Winners will be contacted using the information supplied at purchase.6. Prizes Prizes will be awarded in the order listed on the raffle page. No cash substitution will be offered unless expressly stated. Winners are responsible for costs, transportation, taxes, or other expenses not expressly included in the applicable prize description.7. Claiming a Prize A winner must respond and provide any requested eligibility documentation 15 days after notification. If a winner is found ineligible, declines the prize, or does not respond within the specified period, the sponsor may select an alternate winner as permitted by law.8. Ticket Purchases Are Not Donations Raffle-ticket purchases are not tax-deductible charitable contributions. Any separate contribution that does not provide raffle entries may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.9. General Conditions All ticket purchases are final except when a refund is required by law. Entries obtained in violation of these rules are void.
