Please complete all questions fully, even if the information has not changed, so we can be sure our records are up to date. Here is the link to the folder with the LVR Code of Conduct and all other club bylaws and policies: LVR BYLAWS and POLICIES Folder . You will be asked to confirm your willingness to abide by them on the membership form.Note that you need to print, sign, scan/take a photo of the LVR Waiver and Release and email it to the club -- or sign a hard copy the next time you are at the lake. You can find them in the bins.REMEMBER: On the Checkout Summary page Zeffy will automatically add a processing fee.
