A Community Wellness Mini-Retreat with&nbsp;Nechama Shaina, Clinical PsychologistMental Health Director, Maman Nonprofit Nechama Shaina will be in Los Angeles to lead a powerful wellness experience, sharing therapeutic techniques drawn from her work supporting survivors in Israel. As our last hostage has returned home, we find ourselves holding many emotions at once&mdash;grief and relief, sorrow and celebration. This moment invites us to soften our guard, gather in community, and gently allow what has been held in the body to begin releasing.
