WRAP I (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) is a 20-hour, skills-based training that helps you build concrete tools for mental wellness, crisis planning, and recovery support. 🧠 Guided by our mission of mental health awareness, suicide prevention, and substance abuse education, this training prepares you to support yourself and others&mdash;especially people returning home after hospitalization&mdash;with practical, day‑to‑day strategies for safety and ongoing care. 📘
