Masjid Muhammad-Newark is a nonprofit masjid in the association of Imam W.D. Mohammed, operated for charitable and educational purposes incorporated pursuant to the laws of the state of New Jersey and consistent with maintaining tax-exempt status in accordance with section 501(c)(3).

This refundable key deposit helps ensure the security and accountability of Masjid Muhammad–Newark's facilities. Members, volunteers, staff, and approved building users who are issued a key are required to submit a deposit before receiving access.The deposit will be refunded upon the return of all issued keys in good condition, provided the individual no longer requires building access and all key issuance requirements have been satisfied. Lost, damaged, or unreturned keys may result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require additional replacement or rekeying costs in accordance with Masjid policy.Thank you for helping us protect and maintain our masjid for the benefit of the entire community.
