LXCL:The Matthew John Phillips Scholarship Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit created to honor Matthew’s memory and continue his spirit of generosity. Through community events and the generosity of donors and sponsors, we raise funds to provide scholarships to graduating seniors in the Tampa Bay area and Western Massachusetts, helping them pursue higher education.
