Once a payment is received, funds are used to secure contracts and make advance payments to our vendors, including the yacht charter, catering, venue rentals, entertainment, and other event-related services. These vendors require non-refundable deposits and payments, which cannot be recovered by the Reunion Committee. Because of these contractual obligations, we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations, schedule conflicts, personal circumstances, or no-shows. If the Reunion Committee must cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control, we will communicate available options as determined by our vendor agreements.
