Milford Enhancement Committee

The Milford Enhancement Committee enhances community life by organizing events and beautification projects. Their mission is to foster a vibrant community through local engagement, fundraising, and improvements to public spaces for all residents to enjoy.

The Milford Enhancement Committee&#39;s annual Welcome Party&nbsp;will be held on&nbsp;Saturday June 6th, from 4 to 6 pm,&nbsp;under a tent on the East Ann Street lot in back of La Posada Restaurant. The Fiesta! Milford theme will be reflected in the food, drinks, decor and with live music from Minas, the Brazilian bossa nova band whose album was nominated for Best Latin Jazz Album Grammy. The Welcome Party is a cherished tradition that welcomes residents, new and old, and raises funds to support the MEC&#39;s streetscape and public spaces work in Milford, including most recently the new walkway at the Veterans Memorial on Broad Street and support for the design and construction of a promenade in Ann Street Park! &nbsp; Whether you join the Host Committee as a sponsor or buy individual tickets, your support is very much needed and appreciated. Your ticket is tax-deductible&nbsp;as allowed by law. Please note that the &quot;tip&quot; which is included in your final charge at checkout is OPTIONAL. Join us for the MEC Halloween Party, the Milford Masquerade, returns on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 7- 10:30pm pm at the Tom Quick Inn. Entering on Blackberry Alley, you&rsquo;ll be welcomed by the spookiest of over-the-top Halloween decor for the best Milford Halloween celebration in town (for the adult set!) Find your costume for dancing and delighting with all your friends and neighbors, surrounded by Halloween-ified decor, multiple carved pumpkins, scary monsters, a photo spot, costume contests and more. &nbsp;Creativity welcome! Halloween has always been a remarkable tradition in this trick-or-treat borough, and now the adults can celebrate and support all the good work of the Milford Enhancement Committee! Included in your ticket are cocktails and beverages, plus a buffet of light snacks and a DJ to ensure dancing and fun! Support the Milford Enhancement Committee and the work we do to enhance our borough!
