Mind Change Movement empowers individuals to navigate grief and loss through innovative workshops that integrate neuroscience and trauma theory, helping participants rewire their subconscious and transform pain into healing.

This upcoming Mind Change:&nbsp;Grief &amp; Loss Workshop is a guided space to learn practical ways to navigate grief&mdash;whether from death, separation, or other major life changes like the devastation from the fires on Maui. Together, we&rsquo;ll explore how thoughts, emotions, experiences, and the body respond to loss on a neurobiological level... and how to rewire those subconscious triggers. Traditional grief counseling teaches us to talk about our pain. The Mind Change Method helps you transform it at the root. After a lunch break, there will be an optional section for those who wish to dive even deeper on a personal level. We are offering a limited number of 1:1 sessions with an Intern who is training with us. These slots are on a first come-first serve basis.
