This two-day Auto Extrication course provides rescuers with the skills needed to safely and effectively operate on modern and future vehicle designs, including EVs and emerging construction methods. Chief Randall Wells is on the leading edge of extrication techniques, working closely with new-vehicle manufacturers and bringing real-world rescue experience directly to the classroom and training ground. The course combines lecture and hands-on skill stations focusing on modern vehicle construction, EV hazards, updated methodologies, and tool application for common and complex scenarios. Class size is intentionally limited to ensure maximum tool time and close instructor interaction.
