We are so excited that you will be joining us for this year's Morganton Carolina Star Program!To make registration as convenient as possible, we are offering two ways to submit your participation fee.Pay Online:You may securely submit your payment using our online payment form.Pay by Mail:If you prefer, you may mail a check to:Miss Morganton Scholarship Organization305 Latimer LaneMorganton, NC 28655Whichever method you choose is perfectly fine—we simply wanted to provide you with options!Carolina Star Participation FeesReturning Carolina Star – $100For participants who already have an official North Carolina Carolina Star sash and tiara.You will not receive a new sash or tiara.New Carolina Star – $150Includes an official Carolina Star sash and tiara.Returning Carolina Stars:You do not have to have participated with the Miss Morganton Scholarship Organization the previous year. As long as you have previously participated in any North Carolina Carolina Star Program and currently own your official sash and tiara, you qualify for the returning participant fee.If you are a returning Carolina Star but would like to receive a new sash and tiara, you should register as a New Carolina Star and pay the $150 participation fee.Important:Participation fees must be paid before your Carolina Star may participate in any program event or competition activity. All fees must be received no later than November 8, 2027.We are looking forward to an amazing year and can't wait to welcome your Carolina Star into our program!
