Join Us in Creating Lasting Change 🌟At MoDo Foundation Inc., we believe that where a child is born should never determine how far that child can go.Today, our work is centered on transforming the lives of underserved children through education, nutrition, opportunity, and long-term community development. At MoDo Academy in Okrika, Rivers State, Nigeria, we currently support about 120 children. More than 100 children receive free primary education through the Academy, while graduates who have progressed into secondary school continue to receive support with school fees, learning materials, and academic encouragement. Our students receive education at no cost to their families, along with daily meals, books, writing materials, uniforms, shoes, school bags, and other essential learning resources. Beyond academics, we are committed to helping every child grow in confidence, character, purpose, and hope. What began under a simple canopy has grown into a thriving school community. We are now working toward the next major chapter: building the Permanent Home of MoDo Academy on land secured for the future of these children. This permanent campus will provide a safe, dignified, and purpose-built environment where children can learn, grow, play, and prepare for a better future. Our vision is bigger than providing temporary assistance.
