LXCL:M.O.V.E for Mental Health is on a BIG mission to empower individuals on mental health through live lesson, textured education, and fun movement-based activities to showcase the positive and powerful connection between movement and mental health. M.O.V.E is proud include the autism and special needs community in this mission. By offering wellness resources, adaptive movement , and educational events, fostering support, inclusivity, and emotional regulation while reducing stigma.

M.O.V.E for Autism is a free community event where movement meets mental health. Every mile you log helps M.O.V.E for Mental Health Corp. grow a community where open conversations and movement support better well-being. Donate $1 for &nbsp;every 1k steps you commit to completing for 10 days. Example: If you commit to walking 7k steps per day, donate $7. If you can commit to the 10k steps a day then donate $10. &nbsp;Challenge is to complete the 10k steps for 10 days. You can do it! Aim for a minimum of 5k steps per day ($50 donation) if your health allows. A donation IS NOT required to participate.
