The Music and Art Center of Greene County enriches the community through exceptional musical performances, featuring distinguished musicians and emerging talents. Our mission is to foster appreciation for the arts and support cultural engagement in Greene County.

Enjoy an evening of classical music at Grazhda, the architecturally distinctive wood-carved hall of the Music and Art Center of Greene County. Since 1983, our summer series has brought accomplished musicians to this unique setting 🎻. &nbsp;This concert features Ihor Mostovi, baritone and Serhiy Salov, piano. &nbsp;Enjoy Franz Schubert&#39;s Winterreise (Winter Journey) and Ukrainian arias and songs.&nbsp; Your registration supports MACGC&rsquo;s ongoing work. 🎉 Excitement is in the air! Get ready to be part of something extraordinary at Music and Art Center of Greene County&#39;s concert, a fundraiser and followed by a reception. It&#39;s an event like no other, and we want you to be there! 🎉 Every registration to this event will bring us closer to achieving our mission of offering audiences an opportunity to hear masterful and distinguished musicians, including international soloists and grand-prize laureates, as well as promising young performers from North America and Europe. &nbsp; Thank you for supporting our mission, your support is invaluable. Our concert features: &nbsp;Anna Kosachevich, soprano; Vasyl Zatsikha, Nazar Pylatyuk, violins; Natalia Khoma, cello; and Volodymyr Vynnytsk, piano, who will perform chamber music works by Sonevytsky, Skoryk, Smetana as well as the premiere of a piano trio by Iryna Aleksiychuk, commissioned by the Music and Art Center of Greene County for this occasion. &nbsp;

Music at Grazhda Presents an Innovative Contemporary Music Concert Music at Grazhda continues its 44th season with an extraordinary concert on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at 8:00 p.m., featuring a unique first-ever collaboration among two-time GRAMMY&reg; Award-winning jazz pianist and composer Taylor Eigsti, GRAMMY&reg;-nominated hammered dulcimer virtuoso Max ZT, and internationally acclaimed cellist Marta Bagratuni. Blending jazz, classical, rock, electronic, and world music, the program will feature original compositions by Max ZT, music from Taylor Eigsti&#39;s two GRAMMY&reg; Award-winning albums, brand-new arrangements of familiar repertoire, and spontaneous improvisation, creating a musical conversation that unfolds in the moment. Performed with the unusual combination of piano, cello, and hammered dulcimer, the concert promises a fresh and exciting exploration of contemporary instrumental music. Your participation helps sustain our summer concert series. Proceeds support artist fees, hall maintenance, and educational workshops for our seasonal community and visitors. &nbsp; The Music and Art Center of Greene County is supported in part with public funds from the Greene County Legislature through the Greene County Cultural Fund, administered in Greene County by CREATE Council on the Arts. It is supported as well by the Self Reliance Financial Federal Credit Union; the Peter Kellogg Trust; private donations; and memberships.
