Reclaiming the Village

Women&rsquo;s Self-Defense Training 🥋 offers practical skills to help you move through daily life with more confidence and awareness. Led by trained instructors, you&rsquo;ll learn simple techniques for staying safe in real situations. This Muslim Sisters Of Staten Island session centers Muslim women&rsquo;s experiences, in a respectful, women-only space. No prior training needed&mdash;come as you are, dress comfortably, and grow your strength alongside supportive sisters ❤️.

We know that for reverts, it can be a challenging time, especially if you are not able to share this celebration fully with your non-muslim families.&nbsp;&nbsp;The celebration of breaking the fast during the holy month of Ramadan is a powerful affirmation of identity and faith. It fosters inclusivity and provides an opportunity to share your story about how you came to Islam. and creates an environment for reflection, with sisters engaging in discussions, Quranic readings, and prayers. These activities help reinforce their faith and deepen their understanding of Islamic teachings. The Iftar serves as a platform for building a supportive network.&nbsp;
