Whether you are navigating the loss of a relationship, changes in family dynamics, the death of a loved one, or major life transitions, this virtual weekly support group offers a safe space to connect and breathe.&nbsp; Facilitated by MFT Clinical Interns under licensed supervision, each session includes gentle check-ins, supportive discussion, and coping tools you can use throughout the week. This group provides both emotional support and practical psychoeducation, offering space to learn, reflect, and process your experiences in community. This is more than just a paint and sip&mdash;it&rsquo;s an evening with impact. 🎨 100% of proceeds support free and low-cost&nbsp;mental health services and our suicide prevention campaign at Norooz Clinic Foundation.&nbsp;Every ticket helps make mental health care accessible, with&nbsp;one ticket funding a free therapy session for someone in need. Admission includes a guided painting experience with an instructor, all painting supplies, one complimentary glass of wine, and light bites.&nbsp; ***This is a 21+ event. Valid government-issued photo ID required for entry.
