NorthBay Education

NorthBay Education empowers young people through transformative outdoor education, fostering confidence, potential, and leadership skills. Their mission is to inspire and invest in the next generation, shaping a brighter future for all.

Join us for Beyond the Bay: Experience the Mission. Shape the Future, NorthBay Education's signature fundraising event, where community partners, business leaders, donors, alumni, and friends come together for an unforgettable evening celebrating the power of possibility. For one night, we're bringing the spirit of NorthBay to the Baltimore Museum of Industry. Through inspiring stories, interactive mission experiences, exceptional food, a curated silent auction, and meaningful connections, you'll experience firsthand how NorthBay has been transforming young lives for more than 20 years. More than a fundraiser, Beyond the Bay is an invitation to see the lasting impact of transformative outdoor education and invest in the next generation of leaders. Every conversation, every story, and every gift helps provide young people with opportunities to build confidence, discover their potential, strengthen relationships, and develop the skills to shape a brighter future. Whether you've supported NorthBay for years or are experiencing our mission for the first time, you'll leave inspired by what's possible when we invest in young people. Join us as we celebrate the impact we've made together, and help shape what comes next.
