When one body or another is depleted, we can pour healing into it. Unfortunately, trauma impacts all four bodies in different ways and often has serious detrimental effects on our lives and our relationship with our authentic selves. Anna will explain the ways we can heal, provide tools and techniques, and impart a deeper understanding of our need to reconnect and come into balance. This session will end in a meditation and group energy sharing. Anna Smith integrates somatic therapy, Reiki, and nervous system-based tools to support deep healing.
