One Aux Incorporated fosters community through experimental music and sound art, connecting diverse artists and audiences to explore genre-defying creativity and build lasting relationships in the mid-South region.

White Boy Scream is the experimental-classical project of soprano and sound artist Micaela Tobin. Blending opera, noise, and diasporic storytelling. Nathan Young (born 1975, Tahlequah, OK) is an artist-scholar-composer working in an expanded practice that incorporates sound, video, documentary, animation, installation, socially engaged art, and experimental music.&nbsp; Kole Galbraith is a musician and sound artist originally from Wenatchee, Washington. He settled in Seattle after living in Germany, Mexico, and Austria. While traveling, Kole immersed himself in improvised experimental music across multiple genres ranging from free-jazz, harsh noise, new-music, and metal. He has exhibited his works in galleries and venues throughout the west coast and in Austria. Kole is a descendant of the Colville and Sinixt Tribes, and an enrolled member of the Peoria Tribe of Indians in Oklahoma. Nathan Alexander Pape is a musician, mathematician, acoustician, and educator. His musical practice focuses on the sonic expansion of the steel-string acoustic guitar through improvisation, generative strategies, and minimalist structures/processes.

dvets Collaborative Performance Series: June&nbsp;is the first installment in a three-part series of experimental collaborative performances. Musical artists are paired with creators from other disciplines and asked to create 20-30 minute works that highlight their respective talents! dvets Collaborative Performance Series: June

The Doldrums formed in 2006 as a recording project between Mark Kuykendall and Dylan Aycock. The project employs experimental use of analog synthesizers, pedal steel guitar, accordion and using a large variety of other sound sources; field recordings, old records, found sound. Their compositions are experimentally crafted and improvisational in nature. The New Honey Shade is Mark Kuykendall - a multidisciplinary artist and producer based in Osage County, Oklahoma. Known for his deeply evocative and experimental approach, Kuykendall&#39;s work bridges the realms of sound, nature, and visual storytelling. His compositions are defined by the fusion of electronically manipulated field recordings, analog synthesizers, and vintage 8mm and 16mm film footage. This unique aesthetic results in immersive works that evoke nostalgia while exploring modern themes of connection and memory. This will be a night of meditation, experimental film and ambient soundscapes.

Award-winning Tulsa comedy group troublestart is putting on their first live show to debut their newest season of offbeat, chaotic comedy sketches.&nbsp; The launch show&rsquo;s theme is &ldquo;BACK TO SCHOOL&rdquo; which highlights our cast returning to a new semester at their less than reputable college, Idiot University.&nbsp;The live show will feature local icon Evan Hughes as he gives an unhinged PowerPoint presentation, stand-up comedian Kels Cooper sharing some jokes, and improv duo Flow for a special performance.&nbsp; The show ends with the world premiere of the first episode of the new season titled &ldquo;Idiot Dinner Party&rdquo; (written and directed by Cade Thomas). The episode answers the age-old question: What could go wrong when your professor wants to sleep with your roommate? Whether you have never seen anything from troublestart before or you are an avid fan of its chaotic brand of comedy, you have no better option to spend your Sunday afternoon.

NOTE: RESCHEDULED TO SEPTEMBER 20 DUE TO HVAC ISSUES! one aux presents dvets 2 brings together emerging artists, bold sounds, and curious listeners for an evening built around community and art of all kinds! Participants were grouped together at the end of July and given a month to come up with a 20 minute set combining their disparate practices. Previous participants worked with sound, movement, stand-up comedy, puppetry, and costuming to create an experience unlike any other. This cohort of Dvets will feature work by writer and artist Jes McCutchen, paired with symphonic techno maestro silkroad; Tvlse hip hop stalwart dj noname. is working with prose fiction writer David Chandler; and Available Light Cinema&#39;s resident textural filmmaker Luke Thompson will collaborate with improvised electrodoomer Radio Dystopia and multi-instrumentalist Braden Clem. All under the warm glow of Riverside Studio&#39;s stagelights. By registering, you&rsquo;re helping us hold space for experimental performances and new collaborations. Expect live sets, unexpected textures, and room to listen, move, and connect with the artists shaping our local soundscape.
