Orkest fosters community through free live music events, showcasing local talent and creating inclusive spaces for artistic expression. Their mission is to connect people through the power of music, making art accessible to all.

Calling all adventurers! Orkest rolled a Nat-20 on this collaboration with Tavern of Tales! They&#39;re bringing the brews and the food, we&#39;re bringing the music. Orkest is so excited to partner with Dr. Russell Fisher, Associate Chair of Music, at Bridgeport University for a night of awesome music! Our concert at 7:30 pm at the Mertens Theater with the Arnold Bernhard Arts and Humanities Center! Come hear some great talent visiting from Boston as well as some of University of Bridgeport's own!

To kick off our season, we’re hosting a Season Kickoff Kickback at the Back Bay Fens Victory Garden picnic area on September 7th. It’s a casual gathering with no cover fee—just a chance to meet fellow artists, learn more about Orkest, and enjoy some great music in a beautiful setting. We’d be thrilled if you and your students could join us!
